• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent may not hold an account.
• Single account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on bdt567. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or in the name of a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balances obtained through the duplicated accounts.
• Own identity: You must register under your own true identity and provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Registering on behalf of another person, or providing false identity information, is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether requested through bdt567's own responsible gaming tools or imposed externally.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of bdt567 services — including placing bets, participating in live casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide the following information accurately:

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bdt567 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bdt567 supports a range of local payment methods designed to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible for players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh.

Accepted payment methods:

Deposit conditions:

3. You must have completed the KYC verification process before your first withdrawal can be approved.
4. bdt567 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 24 hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, national holidays (Eid, Victory Day, Independence Day, Pohela Boishakh), or when additional verification is required.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all bdt567 promotions unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

6. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt567 platform. Any member found to have engaged in one or more of these activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

1. Multi-accounting: Registering, maintaining, or using more than one bdt567 account, whether under your own identity or under another person's identity.
2. Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or another person's identity information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Collusion: Coordinating bets or game actions with other players to manipulate outcomes, exploit the platform, or deceive other participants.
4. Chip dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another player in poker or other game formats to transfer value between accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdt567 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

8. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of bdt567's designated dispute resolution process.
